“ BSNL TUNES “, the Personalized Ring Back Tone (PRBT) service of BSNL which is presently available to mobile phone customers will be available to fixed line users of all 5ESS Exchanges in Chennai and EWSD Exchanges at Chromepet, Chengalpattu, Sriperumbudur, Thiruvallur, and Gummidipoondi and their connected RSUs. To know the availability of this service to a particular telephone number, customers can call the toll free call centre number 1500. This service will be shortly available to all customers of Chennai Telephones. Customers can avail this service by just dialing 56700 and can select the song of their choice through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
- Service will be activated within 24 hours
- IVRS Call charges will be one Metered Call unit (MCU) for 20 seconds
- Fixed monthly charges of Rs 30/- per month for two songs which will be played in shuffle mode
- To change your songs thru IVRS, the download charges are Rs12/-
