BSNL TUNES
 

BSNL Chennai Telephones is happy to launch “BSNL Tunes” for post-paid and pre-paid customers in Chennai.  BSNL Tunes is a service through which customers can activate personalized Ring Back Tones of their own choice.  Once activated, the selected song / music will be the ring back tone for all callers to this customer.    

The content charges per ring back tone download excluding access charges is Rs.12/-  for Premium Ring Back Tone and Rs.9/- for non-premium ring back tone. 

Activate ring back tones through IVRS(Preferred method).

 To activate ring back tones  through IVRS, dial 56700 using your cellphone.  The airtime charges for IVRS is Rs.2 / Minute. A highly user friendly interface guides you through the process and sets your choice ring back tone. An option  to record your message as ring back tone(non-premium ring back tone) is also available.

Alternatively it can be done through WAP (wap.cellone.in), and through sending SMS BT ACT to 56700. The list of songs along with their code numbers (for the purpose of SMSing their choice) are  available in the link given below below .   For further details customers can call 94000 24365.

For example SMS BT 120002 to 56700 for having the song “ Partha Mudhal Naale” as your ring back tone.

For deactivating the service call 56702 (Tollfree)

Customers, who want only the song (Ring Back Tune)  to be heard by the caller when anyone calls the customer and not the initial announcement "If you like the song Press * to copy .... ", may send SMS
