roaming.
4) Even if the customer has SMS freebies or any other SMS STV along with
any one of the combo STV, first two SMS will be charged

5) During blackout day also first two SMS will be charged @ 50ps/SMS and
from third SMS onwards charges are as per PLAN ( FREEBIES/STV
not allowed during Blackout)
